This is not magical thinking.
It is directed attention training.
Your nervous system relaxes through walking, and your subconscious begins to organise insight symbolically.
STEP 1: DEFINE YOUR QUESTION (Before You Walk)
Choose one question only.
It must be specific and forward-moving.
Not:
“Why is this happening to me?”
Instead:
“What is the next aligned step in my business?”
“What am I avoiding in this relationship?”
“What do I need to release to move forward?”
Write your question clearly:

STEP 2: SET YOUR INTENTION
Say internally:
“On this walk, I am open to seeing symbols that guide me toward clarity.”
Do not force.
Do not analyse yet.
Just notice.
STEP 3: THE WALK
Phase 1 – Regulation
- Nasal breathing
- Slow pace
- Eyes soft
- Feel your feet
Let the body settle before seeking answers.
Phase 2 – Symbol Awareness
Now gently hold your question in mind.
Walk normally.
Notice:
- Objects that stand out
- Repeated patterns
- Words on signs
- Animals
- Colours
- Broken or repaired things
- Directional arrows
- Open vs. closed spaces
Do not search aggressively. Soften.
Let what stands out, stand out.

Stop and notice:

STEP 4: INTERPRET AFTER THE WALK
Now analyse.
Ask for each symbol:

- Where is this pattern already present?
- What action does this suggest?
