This is a 66-day challenge to help create some changes in your life to make you stronger, healthier and achieve your goals.
~ Identify a “beautiful obsession” for the 66 days that you would like to make progress with and create coherent goals that are value-inspired with the PURPOSE-PASSION-PERFORMANCE PLANNER.
~ Re-imagine your life, reset and move the needle forward.
~ Build trust in yourself and create some great new habits.
~ Become your own hero.
~ Access Darene’s weekly mindset tips and tweaks in the BRAVE ENOUGH FB GROUP to overcome the wobbles that prevent you from moving forward with your goals and be accountable.
BRAVE 66 RULES
To join the challenge, you create your own rules to follow every day. Here is a sample template:
- Exercise. Some outdoors if possible. One or two sessions
- Tweak my diet to make it cleaner/ healthier & stick with the changes I make
- 10 minutes of mindset work (example tapping/ gratitude/ affirmations/ meditation/ visualisation)
- Complete 2 small specific tasks towards my goals
- Have a joy date with myself (do something I love) or connect with a friend (message or in person) or perform a random act of kindness
- Take a progress photo (me feeling vital/ my joy date/ out on my walk) Share on social media when I feel inspired to do so.
WHY DO BRAVE 66?
It is a great reset physically and mentally. Sometimes we need to commit to living better and bigger to change something and get out of a rut. As you get into the challenge your goals will become clearer, you will create great new habits and your self-confidence will soar. Too often we DON’T TAKE ACTION towards having what we desire or get stuck in fear, doubt and procrastination. Say yes to you!
