Are you ready to be AWESOME?
Feeling resistance to those words? Trace it back and do a few rounds of Tapping. Remember, your brain is always keeping you safe and in alignment with your clan and your subconscious beliefs. Have you been conditioned to play small? What bad thing will happen if you shine? This is a whole Tapping session in itself! Tap on all the times you were told to be humble, not stand out, or maybe when you stood out things went wrong. Working with a trained practitioner is an amazing gift to yourself as they will identify all the parts, pieces, events, conditioning, memories and patterns related in a 2-hour session and move you to where you want to go. This is neuroplasticity at work. New neural pathways will be forged in line with your authentic self and desires.
We also have to give ourselves permission to change. It may feel uncomfortable at first to embrace your new, true self. Who will you be? How will this affect those around you? This is a journey to truth and freedom. It gets easier with each step. More Tapping will keep you on track.
Sometimes it’s hard to let go of our stories. These may be stories of being a victim, and you’ve built a fortress from it. It defines you. It’s hard to let go the pain and forgive those who’ve wronged us. FORGIVENESS IS AN ACT OF HEALING. Forgiving others and forgiving yourself. It means letting go anger, bitterness and guilt; putting it behind you and moving on towards peace. Keep Tapping and letting go bit by bit, story by story.
FIND THE GIFTS AND WISDOM FROM YOUR ADVERSITIES.
For example, in my own life, I did not have a voice for so long and pleased everyone above myself. This has taught me to value myself more and a love of freedom. What a gift! I now see it in a positive way. I’m now helping others to do the same.

DREAM WILDLY AND SET GOALS – oh the power of it.
Write down your goals and dreams in your happy journal. Create a vision board (or create one on Pinterest) of what you want with pictures, quotes, affirmations and how you want to feel. What will you have to believe about yourself in order to have this? Tap on any resistance. Tap on all the ways you know how you can’t have what you want. All the related memories you have from the past.
Writing down your goals turns dreams into reality.
I wrote down my goals in a coaching group three years ago. Everything I wrote down came true! This included walking the Camino de Santiago and becoming a FasterEFT practitioner. It made me sit up and realise how powerful the act of intention is and writing down what you desire. As you start to let go of unwanted patterns, programs and negative beliefs, you will clear your path of resistance.
An amazing example of the power of writing down goals, is Debbie Millman’s story. The renowned designer and educator wrote down in detail how she wanted her life to look in 10 years time. She realised 10 years later it had all come true.
Finally, there is ACTION. Decide what you are going to do and do it. Keep stepping towards authentic you and what you want, bit by bit, action by action. If not now when? Honour your one wild and precious life by living fully and wholeheartedly.
